Trash and Debris Removal - Interior and exterior debris is completely removed from the property and hauled away in trailers and dumpster's. We provide photos of the loads we have removed for verification.

Rekeys and Lock Changes - We change out all exterior entry and dead bolt locks for all main doors and install a lock box set to the code of your choice.

Winterizations - The meter will be removed and zip tied, hot water tank will be drained, all lines will be blown out with 60 pounds of pressure and coolant poured in all drains, tubs, toilets, sinks, etc. We provide photos showing the pressure gauge holding pressure and if we find any pipe repairs that are needed we will supply detailed bids for the repairs.
De-winterizations - We hook up the meters, turn on all of the valves and get the water flowing through the pipes.

Lawn Services and Full Landscaping Services - Removal of all paper from the yard before the grass is mowed, we edge, weed wack and blow the sidewalks and driveways clear from the excess grass clippings. The yard will be raked and the clippings will be hauled away.

Snow Removal - Snow is removed from all sidewalks, porches and driveways.

Securing and Board-ups - We use plywood and 2 x 4's to board the windows per HUD specifications. Before we board up the window we remove any excess glass so there are no hazards.

Spring/Fall Clean Up - The grass will be cut, raked of all leaves, twigs, small debris, edging will be completed as well as trimming of the bushes and shrubs. All clippings will be hauled away.
Sales Cleaning - All appliances, counters, sinks, toilets, tubs, floors, etc. are thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. All mirrors and light fixtures will be wiped down as well as removal of cobwebs. All floors will be swept/vacuumed and mopped.
Mold Remediation - If your property shows evidence of mold, we will assess all mold damage and remediate the property by removing all the infected sheet rock, wood, carpet, ceiling tiles, flooring, etc. All surfaces will be treated with an anti microbial agent.
